The Seven Ponds × Table Mountain Traverse is a spectacular high-altitude hike set deep within the Aberdare Ranges, taking hikers across expansive alpine moorlands to one of the most unique natural features in the range. The journey leads to the Seven Ponds, a series of beautiful alpine tarns located at approximately 3,831 metres above sea level. Preparation Guidelines
